Louis Vuitton Store Manager position in Phuket, Thailand—lead luxury retail team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store management team through demonstrating the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset
- Coach and mentor managers with tailored individual action plans, identify development needs, and secure talent succession planning
- Organize team structure efficiently according to business needs, translate strategic goals into individual objectives, and manage performance against targets
- Cultivate a positive work environment, empower teams to drive business, and encourage innovative solutions
- Lead floor presence by example, understand client needs, identify market opportunities, and provide consistent qualitative coaching
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through leveraging all clienteling tools and establishing a client-centric store mindset
- Develop comprehensive business strategy by maximizing all product categories, capitalizing on visual merchandising, training, and events support
- Represent Louis Vuitton as a brand ambassador in the local market through networking and relevant PR activities
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform recommendations and strategic actions
- Ensure all Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented throughout the store
- Supervise controllable expenses, loss prevention, asset protection, and inventory management while maintaining accountability for budget
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach teams to high performance
- Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and client-centric retail operations
- Ability to model and communicate brand values and attitudes consistently
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail environments, demonstrating strong leadership, team development capability, and proven success in driving commercial performance and client satisfaction.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification or management certification in retail, business administration, or related field preferred.
