Role & Responsibilities
- Hire, evaluate, train, and discipline staff in accordance with Louis Vuitton policies and sales objectives
- Motivate and develop team members, fostering harmonious staff relations and individual professional growth
- Develop and implement standardized training programs for new and existing employees
- Optimize inventory mix aligned with market demand and purchasing trends
- Supervise merchandise presentation and pricing execution in accordance with brand standards
- Establish and execute sales action plans to drive revenue across product categories and customer segments
- Monitor staff performance and oversee customer service excellence to maintain brand reputation
- Manage store administration including payroll, reconciliation, reporting, and cost control
