Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales performance and revenue targets by proposing strategic initiatives to optimize category potential and capitalize on client opportunities
  • Cultivate a loyal customer base by prioritizing exemplary service delivery across all touchpoints and developing privileged relationships with commercial partners
  • Amplify brand positioning through consistent execution of Louis Vuitton standards and active participation in brand storytelling initiatives
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-caliber sales team through structured coaching, performance management, mid-year reviews, and individualized development plans
  • Oversee team scheduling to maximize store operating hours efficiency while maintaining a positive, cohesive working environment
  • Lead and empower Store Managers and Assistant Managers in their operational and floor management responsibilities, as well as team coaching and development
  • Ensure unwavering quality of customer service—internal and external—through continuous improvement and standards adherence
  • Maintain strict control over operational costs, inventory management, stock integrity, and budget variances; anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure the boutique environment is meticulously maintained, organized, and visually compelling in accordance with Louis Vuitton architectural and merchandising standards
  • Implement and monitor KPI management systems to maximize client satisfaction opportunities across all sales channels and drive data-informed decision-making

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of confirmed retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a complex retail environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team cohesion capabilities
