Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store team through motivating hands-on management and coaching to build sustainable client relationships
- Drive sales leadership with focus on building client portfolios, increasing client repurchase rates, and implementing cross-selling strategies
- Optimize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management while prioritizing client experience
- Supervise all store operations and budget management while ensuring accountability for business development
