Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Manager in Palo Alto, USA to lead boutique operations, client development and a sales-driven retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team through hands-on coaching, recruitment, performance management and tailored development plans.
- Drive sales performance by building client portfolios, increasing repurchase rates, and executing cross-selling initiatives.
- Act as a visible role model on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional client experiences and consistent application of the Louis Vuitton selling standards.
- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising execution, loss prevention and compliance with company procedures.
- Control the store budget and P&L, translate regional targets into operational plans and deliver against financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury or high-end, client-centric retail, with proven store leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and retain high-performing sales teams and to implement development plans.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level budgets or P&L responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen, exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive luxury retail management experience, including direct responsibility for sales results, team recruitment and development, and operational oversight of a boutique or similar retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 145,000 to USD 155,000 per annum.
