Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day store operations to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and profitability objectives.
- Develop and expand a personal client portfolio while driving client repurchase rates and cross-selling initiatives through sophisticated clienteling.
- Recruit, coach and develop store talent; implement succession plans and maintain high staff motivation and product knowledge.
- Ensure the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards are delivered consistently across customer experience, visual merchandising and service rituals.
- Analyse sales and customer data to provide actionable insights to the Retail Director and Regional Vice President and to inform commercial strategies.
- Maximise product performance through coordinated visual merchandising, in-store activations, training programmes and team animations.
- Oversee inventory controls, loss-prevention measures and operational compliance to protect brand assets and margin.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, ideally with a multinational brand.
- Proven track record of driving high-value sales, client acquisition and retention in an upscale retail environment.
- Demonstrated people leadership with experience recruiting, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market and customer insights into effective store strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills appropriate to a high-profile luxury client base.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable success in team leadership, sales performance and client development.
Education
