Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop a store team of 50+ members, cultivating a culture of excellence, ambition, and genuine client care
  • Drive the strategic and commercial vision for Chadstone, translating brand direction into local action to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Coach and mentor a four-person leadership team and Deputy Store Manager, building bench strength and succession pipelines across the store
  • Champion an uncompromising standard of client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance, warmth and savoir-faire of the Maison
  • Oversee store operations end to end, including stock management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and compliance with brand and operational standards
  • Partner closely with Retail, HR, Logistics, Merchandising and Client Development teams to ensure the store's performance and presentation remain best in class
  • Identify, attract and develop top talent, embedding a strong culture of learning, feedback and career progression
  • Act as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton within Chadstone and the broader Melbourne retail community, representing the Maison with authenticity and gravitas

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Director within a similarly-sized business or senior retail leader within luxury, premium, or high-volume, high-complexity environments
  • Demonstrated success leading large teams and multi-layered leadership structures, with a track record of developing managers and future leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance and translate insight into strategic action
  • An unwavering passion for client experience and a natural ability to build lasting relationships with diverse clientele
  • Exceptional leadership presence, with the emotional intelligence to inspire, coach and hold a large team to a high standard
  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
