The Louis Vuitton Store Manager leads and develops the team, builds lasting client relationships, drives commercial performance and oversees store operations, resources and budget. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the store team through coaching, feedback and day-to-day support.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing and collaborative team culture.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing relevant action plans.
  • Deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of client experience.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through the team.

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to support talent development, recruitment and succession planning.

  • Significant experience in retail leadership, ideally in a luxury, premium or service-led environment.
  • A strong client mindset and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • A proactive, agile and results-oriented approach, with sound judgement and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort managing operational complexity while maintaining attention to detail.
