Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets, control inventory and ensure outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ retail experience, including at least 4 years in a management role within fashion or luxury retail.
- Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of meeting sales and productivity targets.
- Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and diplomatic skills; proven ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams.
- Highly organized, analytically capable and detail oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong computer literacy.
