Louis Vuitton Store Manager position in Los Cabos, Mexico. Lead luxury retail team and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model exemplary sales leadership and build a strong personal client portfolio while maximizing repurchase rates and cross-selling opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional brand and product knowledge aligned with Louis Vuitton standards
- Recruit, build, and motivate high-performing teams while establishing succession plans for future leadership development
- Maintain strict adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards and ensure the highest levels of client experience across all customer interactions
- Provide strategic data analysis and market expertise to the General Manager regarding customer needs and product performance
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling training, and team engagement initiatives
- Manage the sales floor efficiently while driving business results through strategic leadership and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail store management or similar senior retail leadership role
- Demonstrated extensive people management experience within a high-profile luxury retail brand
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of the luxury market and multi-national retail operations
- World-class customer service orientation with a track record of consistently exceeding customer expectations
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset with expertise in visual merchandising, customer analytics, and sales optimization
