Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor store managers and team members to consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise, modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes and providing continuous coaching and personalized development planning
  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate emerging talent while establishing robust succession planning strategies to ensure organizational continuity
  • Organize and delegate responsibilities across the team in accordance with business priorities and operational needs
  • Translate strategic and corporate business objectives into concrete, measurable individual and team actions and key performance indicators
  • Establish challenging yet attainable performance targets for the store; monitor, assess, and manage performance execution against established goals
  • Foster a positive, empowering work environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and motivates the team to drive business results
  • Lead business development by cultivating a comprehensive strategic understanding of the store's market position and stakeholder ecosystem
  • Maximize product category penetration across all universes, leveraging visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, and regional office support to foster cross-category synergies
  • Build and nurture a loyal client base through strategic deployment of clienteling tools and programs
  • Establish a client-centric operational philosophy to ensure premium customer experience and achieve client repurchase and lifetime value objectives
  • Serve as a Louis Vuitton brand ambassador within the local market through active participation in networking, public relations, and community engagement initiatives
  • Monitor competitive landscape developments and emerging market trends to inform strategic positioning
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, understanding client needs, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and maintaining acute market awareness
  • Maximize business potential through efficient sales floor management, maintaining visible presence, providing immediate support, and ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards
  • Provide consistent, high-quality feedback and on-the-floor coaching to team members; mentor managers in their own coaching capabilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of retail management or luxury retail leadership experience
  • Proven track record of team development, talent identification, and succession planning
  • Demonstrated excellence in P&L management and achievement of business targets in a comparable retail environment
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand values, client service excellence, and premium retail operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
  • Strategic thinking with capability to translate corporate objectives into operational execution
