Louis Vuitton Store Manager position in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania — lead a luxury retail team and drive business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor store managers and team members to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise through demonstration of the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes; provide consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer on tailored action plans
- Identify, recruit, and develop retail talent whilst securing succession planning to ensure organizational continuity
- Organize the team structure efficiently according to business requirements and delegate responsibilities strategically
- Translate strategic and business objectives into concrete individual actions and measurable targets
- Set achievable yet challenging team and individual performance targets; monitor, assess, and manage performance to ensure achievement of store goals
- Create a positive work environment that empowers the team, encourages innovative solutions, and drives business results
- Lead and develop store business by cultivating strategic understanding of the market and engaging with relevant stakeholders
- Maximize the potential of all product categories and merchandising universes in the store, leveraging visual merchandising, training, clienteling, and events
- Build a loyal clientele through strategic use of clienteling tools and relationship management
- Establish a client-centric mindset throughout the store to ensure exceptional customer experience and achieve repurchase objectives
- Serve as Louis Vuitton ambassador in the local market through participation in networking and public relations activities
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform business strategy
- Lead by example on the sales floor; understand client needs, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain awareness of market trends
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, visible presence, and adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards
- Provide consistent, qualitative feedback and on-the-spot coaching to team members; coach managers on coaching best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium brands
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving sales growth
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and luxury service standards
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience, with demonstrated success leading teams, managing budgets, and driving business growth in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
