Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to lead boutique operations, sales and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, performance management, coaching and development of the boutique team to meet sales objectives and uphold Louis Vuitton service standards.
- Drive sales performance through local action plans, staff motivation and close monitoring of individual and store targets for local and tourist clientele.
- Manage inventory mix, assortment review and stock optimisation to reflect buying trends and customer demand while minimising shrinkage.
- Oversee visual presentation and housekeeping standards; implement timely window and interior changes to maximise merchandising impact.
- Administer daily store operations including payroll, billing, daily reconciliations, bank deposits and regular reporting to Head Office and the Retail Manager.
- Implement and enforce group procedures for loss prevention, security and operational compliance; escalate and report business issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail with progressive managerial responsibility; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to hire, train and develop frontline sales teams and to drive measurable sales growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory planning, merchandising and stock control.
- Demonstrated administrative capability including financial reconciliation, payroll oversight and adherence to internal controls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the brand to high-net-worth and international customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
