Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve individual and collective targets while securing succession plans and strong staff engagement.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention through strategic clienteling, personalised service and active representation of the brand in local market activities.
  • Maximise sales across all product categories by leveraging visual merchandising, training, events and collaboration with Country office teams.
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with Louis Vuitton procedures, health & safety, security and contract management with external suppliers.
  • Control store financial performance: monitor controllable expenses, loss prevention, asset protection and contribute to budget planning and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Serve as a visible role model on the sales floor: coach in real time, optimise floor management and represent the brand at public and in-store events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain talent; strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills; capable of representing the brand externally.
  • Strong reporting and analytical competence to interpret sales/CRM data and translate insights into actions.
  • High professional standards, autonomy, flexibility and the capacity to operate in a demanding luxury environment.

Experience
