Louis Vuitton Store Manager position in Goiânia, Brazil. Lead luxury retail operations, drive team performance, and maintain brand excellence in this full-time management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive overall store and team performance by establishing clear goals and high-performance culture
- Lead the team through change with focus, motivation, and adaptability while maintaining open communication
- Collaborate with Corporate and Regional teams to create and execute strategies aligned with regional objectives
- Support client relationship building and reinforce the Maison's luxury service culture through daily floor activities and role-modeling
- Review client feedback, address service issues, and proactively resolve escalations to elevate the client experience
- Coach team members on delivering consistently seamless and exceptional service maintaining best-in-class luxury standards
- Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent to build a diverse, high-performing team
- Conduct regular coaching conversations and deliver transparent feedback to develop confidence and leadership capabilities
- Support individual development goals and foster a learning culture strengthening team skills
- Lead the store with clear objectives, fostering team alignment and accountability
- Set ambitious store goals empowering teams to deliver exceptional results
- Translate strategic plans into actionable daily execution, balancing immediate results with long-term growth
- Create monthly and annual action plans based on Zone and Regional strategic goals
- Define and communicate a clear vision aligned with the Maison's strategic goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury fashion or comparable sector
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving business performance in a high-end retail environment
- Strong understanding of luxury service culture and client-centric retail operations
- Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to coach and develop others
- Experience collaborating across corporate and regional functions

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in luxury retail or premium fashion operations, with demonstrated success leading high-performing teams, driving store performance metrics, and maintaining brand service standards in competitive markets.
Education
Secondary education required; higher education in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
