Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store team through innovative, hands-on management and coaching
- Drive business development and supervise store operations, budget accountability, and sales floor management
- Identify and implement business opportunities to achieve store sales goals
- Recruit, train, and build highly motivated, engaged teams with detailed personal development plans
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to support team member career progression
- Build client portfolios and drive client repurchase rates through direct sales floor presence
- Implement cross-selling initiatives and maximize business opportunities while prioritizing client experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador and role model in selling and floor management practices
