Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store team through innovative, hands-on management and coaching to inspire sustainable client relationships
- Report to the Regional Retail Director and drive sales leadership, client portfolio building, and cross-selling initiatives
- Manage sales floor operations to enhance business opportunities while prioritizing the client experience
- Recruit, train, and build highly motivated, engaged teams with clear development plans and regular feedback
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve store goals and sales targets
- Supervise store operations, budget management, and financial performance accountability
- Serve as a role model in selling practices and floor management, maintaining visible presence among team and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in a sophisticated, client-centric retail environment
- Demonstrated excellence in sales leadership with a track record of building client portfolios and driving repurchase rates
