Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations at the Westfarms boutique to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with brand standards (Louis Vuitton Promise).
- Develop and expand a personal client portfolio, drive client repurchase rates and implement cross-selling strategies to maximise revenue.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, build succession plans and foster continuous professional development and product knowledge.
- Translate commercial objectives into local execution by leveraging clienteling, visual merchandising, training programmes and store animations.
- Manage sales-floor productivity and customer-flow, ensuring flawless client experiences and consistent application of service protocols.
- Provide regular reporting and market insight to the Retail Director and Regional Vice President, using sales data and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in retail management within the luxury sector, preferably in a multinational luxury brand.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth through client acquisition, retention and effective team leadership.
- Demonstrable expertise in recruiting, coaching and developing retail teams, with succession planning experience.
- Commercially minded with a thorough understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the brand at the highest standard.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive management experience in luxury retail, with evidence of sustained sales performance, team development and operational oversight in a high-profile boutique environment.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 135,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
