Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives; create a positive work environment and empower team members to develop innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the management team on talent recruitment, development, and succession planning
  • Organize team structure efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities appropriately

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in comparable retail management positions
