Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives; create a positive work environment and empower team members to develop innovative solutions
- Collaborate with the management team on talent recruitment, development, and succession planning
- Organize team structure efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete individual actions and performance objectives
- Set achievable yet challenging targets for the team; monitor performance and ensure achievement of store goals
- Serve as the voice of the store in the local market; provide business insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead and develop store business through comprehensive strategic understanding and stakeholder engagement
- Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes, capitalizing on visual merchandising, training, clienteling, and events
- Build a loyal clientele leveraging clienteling tools and client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Lead by example on the sales floor; understand client needs and cultivate awareness of market trends
- Provide consistent, qualitative feedback and coach the team during floor interactions
- Ensure Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented across the store
- Monitor controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention, asset protection, risk management, and inventory accountability
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- At least 10 years of experience in comparable retail management positions
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and industry background
- Proven track record of developing top talent and building high-performing teams
- Creative business driver with inspirational leadership capabilities
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset combined with pragmatic, results-driven approach
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong affinity for luxury products and refined service orientation
- Genuine clienteling expertise with ability to recruit new clients and strengthen existing relationships
