Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and coach managers to ensure consistent delivery of the Louis Vuitton promise to every client
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent to secure succession plans for key positions
- Translate strategic and business goals into individual actions and measurable objectives
- Set team and individual performance targets, monitor progress, and provide qualitative feedback
- Optimize store commercial performance and maximize potential across all product categories and universes
- Build and develop client loyalty through strategic CRM events and initiatives
- Lead daily store operations ensuring compliance with company procedures, policies, and standards
- Monitor controllable expenses, manage loss prevention, asset protection, and risk management
- Oversee store security, health and safety matters, and external supplier relationships
- Act as Louis Vuitton ambassador in the local market, representing the brand in networking and PR activities
- Lead by example on the sales floor, identify market trends, and cultivate a client-centric mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury sector
- Proven track record of managing meaningful P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through challenge and growth
- Strong understanding of luxury sector standards and LVMH's brand image
- Exceptional communication and networking skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Fluency in English and Danish
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with proven responsibility for P&L management and team leadership in a luxury or high-end retail environment. Demonstrated success in building performance cultures and achieving commercial results through both challenge and growth phases.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in business management, retail management, or related field preferred.
