Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and coach store management team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise through demonstration of brand attitudes and consistent coaching
- Identify talent, recruit high-performing team members, and secure succession plans to ensure long-term team capability
- Translate strategic and business objectives into concrete individual actions and performance targets
- Set achievable yet challenging team and store-level performance targets; monitor and manage achievement of goals
- Create a positive, empowered work environment that encourages innovation and drives business momentum
- Lead business development by cultivating comprehensive market understanding and stakeholder relationships
- Maximize potential across all product categories and retail universes through strategic clienteling and support
- Establish client-centric culture to ensure exceptional customer experience and drive repurchase objectives

- Lead by example on the sales floor; understand client needs and identify market improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail or luxury retail management experience
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales objectives

- Ability to model and communicate brand values and standards consistently
