Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the retail team to deliver exceptional brand awareness and client experience whilst maintaining Louis Vuitton Promise standards
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio, driving repurchase rates and cross-selling opportunities
- Manage sales floor operations to maximize business opportunities through efficient team deployment
- Recruit, develop, and retain highly motivated team members whilst establishing succession plans
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize product performance leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animations
- Provide Retail Director and Regional Vice President with customer data and market insights to inform strategic planning
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and industry expertise within the luxury retail sector
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management
- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management in a multi-national organization
- Extensive knowledge of the luxury market and competitive landscape
- Exceptional customer service orientation with ability to consistently exceed client expectations
- Strong people management skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with demonstrated success leading teams and building personal client portfolios within high-profile luxury brands. Extensive background in multi-national retail organizations required.
Education
Secondary education; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, or retail management preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 135,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
