Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store team through innovative, hands-on management and coaching to build engagement and career growth
- Drive business growth through exceptional sales leadership, client portfolio development, and cross-selling initiatives
- Maintain client-centric retail excellence by ensuring every interaction reflects the Louis Vuitton brand promise
- Manage sales floor operations efficiently while prioritizing the client experience as the highest priority
