Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to lead and develop the store team, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team through inspiring management and coaching.
- Build sustainable client relationships, ensuring adherence to the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
- Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Recruit and develop talent, securing succession plans.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
- Set and manage achievable team and individual targets.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the store's business and stakeholders.
- Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes in the store.
- Build a loyal clientele using clienteling tools and establish a client-centric mindset.
- Represent the brand in local market activities and be aware of competitive landscape.
- Develop relationships with surrounding Louis Vuitton Store Managers in multi-store markets.
