Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Host for its Cologne boutique on a part-time, fixed-term contract, working 20 hours per week. The host welcomes customers, identifies their needs, manages appointments and supports efficient customer flow while working with managers and client advisors to deliver a seamless in-store experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, creating an excellent first impression of the brand for all visitors.
- Identify each customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate store department or team member.
- Manage the daily customer appointment calendar.
- Support management in handling waiting times efficiently and optimizing customer flow.
- Work with the entire store team to create a seamless customer experience aligned with Louis Vuitton’s brand promise and standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for customer service, excellent social skills, empathy, agility and teamwork.
- Highly proactive and attentive, with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable personality.
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in an international environment with a diverse clientele.
- Comfort using various IT tools.
- Very good German and English skills.
