Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the store team to drive business performance, creating a positive work environment that encourages innovation and empowerment
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor talent while securing succession planning within the management team
  • Organize and delegate responsibilities efficiently according to evolving business needs
  • Translate strategic and business objectives into concrete, measurable individual and team goals

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, identify client needs, and cultivate awareness of market trends

  • Represent Louis Vuitton authentically as brand ambassador in the local market through networking and PR activities
  • Monitor competitive landscape and local market dynamics to identify business opportunities
  • Maximize product category and universe potential through visual merchandising, training, and cross-category synergies

  • Oversee controllable expenses, loss prevention, asset protection, risk management, and inventory accountability

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of retail leadership experience in luxury or premium retail
  • Proven track record managing a multi-million-euro store or category business
  • Demonstrated P&L management responsibility at a senior level
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with ability to make decisions from complex data
  • Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to inspire, influence, and maintain high standards
  • Deep passion for client experience and brand storytelling
  • Proven resilience, adaptability, and collaborative approach
  • Fluent in German and English (required)
  • Knowledge of luxury retail operations, merchandising, and clienteling best practices

Experience
