Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to drive business results, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovative solutions
- Collaborate with management to recruit, develop, and retain talent while establishing succession plans
- Organize team structure efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Translate strategic business goals into concrete individual objectives and performance metrics
- Set challenging yet achievable targets for store and individual performance, monitoring progress against these goals
- Serve as brand ambassador by understanding local market dynamics and recommending strategic business actions
- Develop comprehensive business strategy, maximizing potential across all product categories and retail universes
- Build and maintain loyal clientele using advanced clienteling tools and relationship management practices
- Establish a client-centric store culture to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive repurchase objectives
- Represent Louis Vuitton in the local market through networking and PR activities
- Monitor competitive landscape and local market trends to inform business decisions
- Model excellence in sales floor leadership, identifying client needs and market opportunities
- Maximize sales floor potential through visible presence and efficient floor management
- Provide consistent coaching and qualitative feedback to team members on the sales floor
- Communicate and implement Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures across the store
- Monitor controllable expenses, manage loss prevention and asset protection, and oversee inventory accountability
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Store Manager, Store Director, or equivalent retail leadership role in luxury or premium retail
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar retail business or category
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with ability to make decisions from complex data
- Exceptional leadership presence with capacity to inspire, influence, and hold teams to high standards
- Genuine passion for client experience, brand storytelling, and luxury retail excellence
- Fluent German and English language proficiency
