Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and develop the store leadership team through hands-on coaching and performance management to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Translate corporate and regional strategies into concrete store-level objectives and individual action plans.
  • Recruit, retain and develop talent, implementing succession plans to secure future leaders.
  • Organize and allocate team resources in response to business needs, delegating responsibilities to maximize productivity.

Experience
