Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach the store team to build sustainable client relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences aligned with the Louis Vuitton brand promise
  • Lead business development initiatives to identify opportunities and implement strategies to achieve store sales targets and operational goals
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, budget management, and financial performance monitoring
  • Recruit, develop, and retain highly motivated team members through mentorship, regular feedback, and structured career development planning
  • Maintain active presence on the sales floor to ensure team engagement and direct client interaction
  • Implement training programs and quality standards to ensure consistent delivery of brand experience across all customer touchpoints
