Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coach the store team to build sustainable client relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences aligned with the Louis Vuitton brand promise
- Lead business development initiatives to identify opportunities and implement strategies to achieve store sales targets and operational goals
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, budget management, and financial performance monitoring
- Recruit, develop, and retain highly motivated team members through mentorship, regular feedback, and structured career development planning
- Maintain active presence on the sales floor to ensure team engagement and direct client interaction
- Implement training programs and quality standards to ensure consistent delivery of brand experience across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor inventory management and visual merchandising standards to optimize the retail environment
