Louis Vuitton seeks a multi-site Store Director to lead the team and business across Valley Fair and Bloomingdale's Valley Fair. The role oversees business development, store operations and budget, client relationships, sales-floor leadership, and team recruitment and development. The position is full-time and permanent, with an annual salary of USD 170,000–190,000 plus bonus opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team through hands-on management, coaching and motivating leadership.
- Build sustainable client relationships and ensure each client receives the Louis Vuitton experience.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
- Develop the business and oversee store operations and budget.
- Recruit and build motivated, trained and engaged teams; provide regular feedback on personal growth and ensure detailed development plans are in place.
- Lead team management and development, client and business development, selling and sales-floor management, and store operations.
- Build client portfolios, drive client repurchase rates and cross-sell.
- Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales-floor management while keeping the client experience the top priority.
- Oversee both Valley Fair and Bloomingdale's Valley Fair.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sophisticated, client-centric retail environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated sales leadership in building client portfolios, driving client repurchase rates and cross-selling.
