Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor the store team to deliver the Louis Vuitton client promise and high standards of service.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Own store performance including sales forecasting, KPI tracking, operations oversight and budget / P&L accountability.
- Recruit, retain and develop high-performing talent; deliver regular performance feedback and individual development plans.
- Maintain strong presence on the sales floor to drive client relationships, clienteling activity and team engagement.
- Ensure compliance with brand visual merchandising, inventory controls and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering sales targets with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop talent in a high-touch retail environment.
- Excellent client relationship and clienteling skills with a hands-on, floor-driven leadership style.

Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with responsibility for leading teams and driving store performance; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 170,000 to USD 200,000 per annum.
