Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Store Director to lead multi-site luxury retail operations in Honolulu, Hawaii with $155,000–$175,000 salary plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop store teams across multiple locations (Waikiki and Hilton Hawaiian Village) through innovative, hands-on management and coaching
  • Drive business development and supervise all store operations, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve established goals
  • Identify and implement business opportunities to maximize revenue and market share within assigned territories
  • Build, recruit, and cultivate highly motivated, trained, and engaged retail teams
  • Provide regular feedback on personal development and establish detailed career progression plans for team members
  • Serve as a role model in selling excellence and floor management, maintaining visible presence on the sales floor
  • Develop and nurture sustainable client relationships, ensuring every interaction reflects the Louis Vuitton brand promise
  • Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, merchandising, compliance, and client experience standards
  • Drive client acquisition, portfolio development, repurchase rates, and cross-selling initiatives through strategic sales floor management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive retail leadership experience in a luxury or sophisticated, client-centric retail environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and leading high-performing retail teams
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, client development, and business results
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and P&L responsibility
  • Exceptional sales leadership skills with ability to build client portfolios and drive repurchase rates
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-unit retail operations preferred
