Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Director in Dallas (NorthPark) to lead boutique operations, sales and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Dallas NorthPark boutique team through hands-on coaching, recruitment, performance management and career development plans.
- Drive store commercial performance: establish and achieve sales targets, manage P&L, monitor KPIs and implement actions to optimise client acquisition, retention and spend.
- Act as a visible role model on the sales floor: coach selling techniques, clienteling and luxury service standards to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising standards, visual presentation, staffing, scheduling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Build and nurture sustainable client relationships and develop strategic local business initiatives in coordination with regional leadership and CRM teams.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, HR procedures and corporate governance; deliver timely reporting and contribute to regional business reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail, with significant leadership responsibility in premium or luxury environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level P&L.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor and retain high-performing teams and to develop individual succession plans.
- Strong commercial acumen, clienteling skills and an aptitude for delivering elevated luxury service on the sales floor.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Experience
Minimum 10 years in retail with progressive leadership responsibilities in premium or luxury brands; demonstrable experience driving commercial results, managing budgets and developing teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience in luxury retail leadership will be accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to USD 190,000 per annum.
