Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach store team to build sustainable client relationships aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise
  • Drive client acquisition, repurchase rates, and cross-selling through expert sales floor management and leadership
  • Recruit, train, engage, and develop highly motivated store personnel with detailed career development plans
  • Serve as brand ambassador and role model, demonstrating exceptional sales leadership and mentorship
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to achieve store goals
  • Monitor store operations, budget accountability, and business development metrics
  • Report to the Regional Vice President of the West Region and maintain Louis Vuitton standards at all times
