Louis Vuitton Store Director position in Costa Mesa, California—lead luxury retail team and drive business excellence with $190K–$210K salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach store team to build sustainable client relationships aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise
- Drive client acquisition, repurchase rates, and cross-selling through expert sales floor management and leadership
- Recruit, train, engage, and develop highly motivated store personnel with detailed career development plans
- Serve as brand ambassador and role model, demonstrating exceptional sales leadership and mentorship
- Proactively identify business opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to achieve store goals
- Monitor store operations, budget accountability, and business development metrics
- Report to the Regional Vice President of the West Region and maintain Louis Vuitton standards at all times
