Louis Vuitton Store Administrator position in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Full-time operations and HR support role ensuring retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance activities
  • Support Store Management with staff planning, scheduling, and shift allocation considering traffic patterns, PTO requests, and commercial elements
  • Order and manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and operational inventory
  • Oversee cash management procedures and handle employee expense reimbursements
  • Reconcile till sales with RMS data, investigate discrepancies, and maintain audit compliance
  • Maintain and update HR tracking systems including holiday and sickness records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave and holiday entitlements
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all store personnel
  • Prepare and maintain accurate competitor reports
  • Participate in daily store briefings and contribute to achievement of store objectives
  • Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge to support Client Advisors when required

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Kazakh and English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or retail operations experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in workforce management and HR administration
  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
  • Understanding of luxury retail standards and client service principles
