Louis Vuitton in Nice seeks a Stockroom Intern to manage inventory, receive merchandise and support store replenishment — internship, on site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise; verify quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
- Prepare and organise store orders and shipments for internal replenishment.
- Maintain orderly, secure and accessible stockroom storage; implement product classification and labelling.
- Execute regular inventories and cycle counts; report discrepancies and assist in stock reconciliation.
- Support floor replenishment and visual merchandising teams to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Act as a brand ambassador in all interactions, upholding luxury handling standards and client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock, warehouse or logistics operations (as stated).
- Demonstrated reliability, strong sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative.
- Dynamic and versatile approach with capacity to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Physical ability to perform stockroom duties (lifting, prolonged standing, organised handling of delicate goods).
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail stock, warehouse or logistics functions; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in logistics/retail is a plus.
