Louis Vuitton Antwerp seeks a part-time Stock Controller Support to manage deliveries, inventory and back-of-house stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage delivery operations: receive, check and process incoming shipments and prepare accurate replenishments for the sales floor.
- Maintain an efficient, logical and immaculate stockroom organisation for both products and packaging to ensure rapid access and inventory integrity.
- Ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor by prioritising replenishment and responding to product requests in coordination with Supply Chain.
- Communicate promptly and accurately with the store team regarding new arrivals, stock movements and allocation updates.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, conduct inventory checks and ensure corrective actions are implemented and reported.
- Contribute to daily store operations (participate in briefings) and align back-of-house activity with sales objectives and client experience priorities.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in presentation, grooming and professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in stock control, inventory management or retail back-of-house operations.
- Strong command of Dutch and English (verbal and written).
- Proven proficiency with Excel and stock management software for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ownership, reliability and a professional customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering productive relationships with sales and supply chain teams.

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in retail inventory control, stockroom management or supply-chain support within a luxury retail environment or comparable sector.
