Louis Vuitton Riyadh seeks a Stock Controller to manage inventory, replenishment and after‑sales. On‑site, full‑time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, well‑organised stockrooms for product and packaging, ensuring traceability and presentation meet Maison standards.
- Manage inbound deliveries, replenishment cycles and product availability on the sales floor to maximise client experience.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain using MPR processes to fulfil client requests and optimise inventory flow.
- Administer vendor contracts, store maintenance and supply procurement to ensure operational continuity.
- Liaise with HR administration and payroll on timesheets, documentation and workforce records.
- Support workforce planning aligned to store traffic patterns and commercial objectives.
- Process expense reimbursements and enforce internal audit guidelines for back‑office operations.
- Manage after‑sales requests and repairs with a client‑centric approach and ensure quality issues are properly escalated and resolved.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in stock control, retail operations or retail administration; experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Proven organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong record‑keeping.
- Reliable, structured and service‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, HR and store teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential documentation and audit processes.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in stock control, retail operations or retail administration, preferably within luxury fashion or high‑end retail environments.
Education
High school diploma required; diploma or degree in logistics, business administration, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
