Louis Vuitton is hiring a Stock Controller in Oslo to manage deliveries, inventory and replenishment for its Oslo store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stock inventory in impeccable order, ensuring efficient, logical organisation of stock rooms (product and packaging).
- Manage delivery operations: receive, inspect, prepare and replenish stock accurately and swiftly to support sales floor availability.
- Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to maximise store efficiency and the client experience.
- Provide prompt, accurate updates and communication to the store team regarding new stock arrivals.
- Liaise with Supply Chain to improve product availability and manage Product Requests to meet client needs.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies proactively, ensuring issues are communicated and closed with the store and central teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail inventory control, stockroom management or warehouse operations, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Highly organised with acute attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Service-oriented with a professional attitude and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with store and supply chain teams.
- Strong command of Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
- Proven proficiency with stock management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in stock control, inventory management or back-of-house operations within retail; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or certification in logistics, retail operations or a related field is advantageous.
