The Stock Controller manages inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stockroom organization, and product availability while supporting Client Advisors and store operations. The role also covers administrative duties that may vary by location. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize stockrooms for products and packaging.
  • Manage deliveries and replenish stock promptly.
  • Ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Implement and carry out daily stock counts.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability and manage requests.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare the sales floor with supplies for Client Advisors.
  • Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supplies, where applicable.
  • Follow internal audit guidelines and company procedures.
  • Monitor store maintenance.
  • Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall objectives.
  • Assist Client Advisors with customer flow and needs.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in appearance and conduct.
