Stock Controller position at Louis Vuitton London. Manage inventory operations for a luxury retail store with competitive permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging materials
- Manage deliveries and execute prompt stock replenishment
- Ensure product availability and visibility on the sales floor
- Implement and execute daily stock counts and cycle inventories
- Liaison with Supply Chain to improve product availability and manage inventory requests
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and discrepancies
- Prepare sales floor with necessary supplies for Client Advisors
- Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supplies
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures
- Monitor store maintenance standards
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursements
- Collaborate with store team to achieve overall objectives
- Assist Client Advisors with customer flow and operational needs
- Demonstrate proactive approach to identify and resolve issues
- Develop extensive brand and product knowledge
- Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of inventory management or stock control experience
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in stock management software and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and build strong team relationships
- Customer-focused approach with understanding of luxury retail environment

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations within a retail environment, preferably in luxury goods or high-end retail.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further formal qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or retail management are advantageous but not mandatory.
