Stock Controller position at Louis Vuitton London. Manage inventory operations for a luxury retail store with competitive permanent full-time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging materials
  • Manage deliveries and execute prompt stock replenishment
  • Ensure product availability and visibility on the sales floor
  • Implement and execute daily stock counts and cycle inventories
  • Liaison with Supply Chain to improve product availability and manage inventory requests
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and discrepancies
  • Prepare sales floor with necessary supplies for Client Advisors
  • Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supplies
  • Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures
  • Monitor store maintenance standards
  • Handle cash management and expense reimbursements
  • Collaborate with store team to achieve overall objectives
  • Assist Client Advisors with customer flow and operational needs
  • Demonstrate proactive approach to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop extensive brand and product knowledge
  • Uphold Louis Vuitton's brand standards in appearance and conduct

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of inventory management or stock control experience
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in stock management software and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and build strong team relationships
  • Customer-focused approach with understanding of luxury retail environment

Experience
