Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging
- Manage deliveries and replenish stock promptly to ensure product availability
- Execute daily stock counts and reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with accuracy and diligence
- Liaise with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability and manage requests
- Prepare the sales floor with necessary supplies for Client Advisors
- Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supplies as required
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines and company procedures
- Monitor store maintenance requirements
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursements
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational objectives
- Assist Client Advisors in managing customer flow and addressing client needs
- Identify and resolve operational issues with a proactive approach
- Develop and maintain extensive brand and product knowledge
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in appearance and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of stock control or inventory management experience
- Proficiency in stock management software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
