Louis Vuitton Stock Controller Part-Time Role in Lisbon, Portugal – manage inventory and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all storage rooms with systematic, logical product and packaging arrangement
- Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock with speed and accuracy
- Ensure appropriate product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience
- Conduct daily stock counts with precision and maintain an accurate counting calendar
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to support seamless sales operations and Client Advisor comfort
- Manage office supplies, uniform requests, kitchen supplies, and administrative inventory
- Follow Internal Audit guidelines and company processes rigorously
- Collaborate with store teams and Supply Chain to optimize stock management and store objectives
- Support Client Advisors in adapting to customer flow and addressing client needs
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain operations, preferably in retail
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with excellent collaboration abilities
- Basic technical proficiency (computers, phones, standard tech tools)
- Customer-focused approach

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain operations, preferably within a retail environment. Demonstrated competency in inventory control, stock organization, and warehouse logistics required.
