Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
- Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
- Guarantee product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Conduct daily stock counts and create a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure seamless selling processes.
- Manage office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Follow internal audit guidelines and comply with company processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with store teams to fulfill global store objectives and optimize client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
- Fluency in Turkish; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused approach to enhance client experience.
