Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms for products and packaging.
  • Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate stock preparation and replenishment.
  • Guarantee the availability of appropriate products in the store to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to improve product availability.
  • Enhance stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and headquarters.
  • Conduct daily and optimal stock counting with a precise counting calendar.
  • Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and client advisor comfort.
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
  • Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies management.
  • Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
  • Comply with company processes and procedures.
  • Integrate fully into the store team to contribute to global store objectives.
  • Assist client advisors in optimizing adaptability to public inflow and client needs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Organized, careful, and responsible.
  • Committed, proactive, and adaptable to a changing retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a team with a global business vision.
  • Basic tech knowledge, including daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools.
