Louis Vuitton in Bodrum, Turkey is hiring a Stock Controller (temporary summer role) to manage inventory, deliveries and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain an efficient, logical organisation of all stockrooms including products and packaging.
- Receive and manage deliveries; prepare, check and replenish stock quickly and accurately to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Execute daily and periodic inventory counts using an accurate counting calendar to preserve stock integrity and support internal audits.
- Prepare shop-floor supplies and ensure Client Advisors have the necessary merchandise and materials for seamless selling.
- Administer store office supplies, uniform requests and kitchen provisions; follow internal audit guidelines and company procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to optimise stock flow and with store teams to support peak client traffic and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in stock management, inventory control or supply chain operations, preferably within retail.
- Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and solve operational issues under time pressure.
- Adaptable team player, resilient in a fast-paced retail environment and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years in stock management, inventory control or retail supply-chain roles, ideally within luxury retail or high-volume boutique environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in logistics, supply chain or retail operations is a plus.

This position is based in Bodrum, Muğla, Turkey, within easy reach of Izmir.
