Louis Vuitton Stock Controller Part-Time Role, Birmingham UK | Inventory Management Position

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging materials
  • Manage deliveries and execute prompt stock replenishment across all merchandise categories
  • Ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor through proactive inventory oversight
  • Execute daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Liaise with Supply Chain department to improve product availability and manage fulfillment requests
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with precision and thoroughness
  • Prepare sales floor with necessary supplies and materials for Client Advisors
  • Manage office, uniform, and kitchen supply procurement and distribution
  • Adhere to internal audit guidelines and established company procedures
  • Monitor and coordinate store maintenance requirements
  • Handle cash management and process expense reimbursements
  • Collaborate with store team to achieve operational and sales objectives
  • Provide support to Client Advisors with customer flow management and service needs
  • Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge to inform inventory decisions
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and issue resolution across all functions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of inventory management or stock control experience
  • Proficiency with stock management software and Microsoft Excel
