Louis Vuitton Stock Controller temporary position in Barcelona, Spain. Full-time on-site role managing inventory, stock preparation, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain storage rooms with efficient and logical product arrangement, ensuring optimal conditions for all inventory and packaging
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately to meet store demands
- Guarantee product availability on the sales floor to maximize store efficiency and enhance the overall client experience
- Conduct daily and precise stock counting using a comprehensive counting calendar
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure seamless selling operations and support for Client Advisors
- Manage office supplies, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and related operational materials
- Comply with internal audit guidelines and company processes and procedures
- Collaborate with store teams and Supply Chain department to optimize stock management and resolve operational challenges
- Support Client Advisors in adapting to client flow and evolving store needs
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies through active curiosity and business acumen to drive higher operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management, supply chain, or retail operations
- Fluent in English and Spanish (local language)
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fast-paced retail environments
- Proven collaborative abilities and strong teamwork skills
- Customer-focused mindset aligned with enhancing client experience
- Basic technical proficiency with computers, phones, and standard business tools
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in stock management, supply chain operations, or retail inventory control, ideally within a luxury retail environment or high-volume retail setting.
Education
