Louis Vuitton Munich is hiring a Stock Associate (full-time) — start Sept 2026, 40 hours/week. Join the maison to manage back‑of‑house stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries to ensure accurate product flow from delivery to the sales floor in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain back‑of‑house organisation and stockroom efficiency to enable the sales team to maximise client-facing time.
- Execute replenishment, ticketing and merchandise transfers in a timely manner to support store operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, assist with stock counts and report discrepancies through the store’s stock management systems.
- Support loss‑prevention procedures, maintain high standards of product care and uphold brand integrity in all handling activities.
- Collaborate closely with the store and logistics teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of stock and supply‑chain processes and inventory control.
- Strong hands‑on mindset with the ability to work effectively within the stockroom and a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Solution‑oriented, proactive team player with integrity and the ability to take initiative.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using stock management systems.

Entry‑level role suitable for candidates at the start of their career; prior exposure to retail stock operations or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑moving store environment.
Education
Secondary school diploma (or equivalent). Vocational training in logistics, retail or related discipline is a plus.
