The Stock Associate manages product receipt, stock replenishment, inventory, product transfers and logistics KPIs, while maintaining efficient Back of House operations and supporting sales and customer service. This is a fixed-term, part-time role under the CCNL Commercio, classified at level 4; the position requires at least 3 years of experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive products and replenish stock and the sales floor.
- Manage stock levels effectively, liaising with the supply chain.
- Maintain an efficient Back of House organization.
- Manage product transfers.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to store results.
- Manage inventory.
- Implement new logistics and Back of House organization processes and projects.
- Support sales and assist customers.
Qualifications
